Don't know why it would be boring, if you have an eye for it you will notice a drag and pull effect towards the center of the image. Move your eyes from a corner (let's say her face) to an opposit area. A bit like the Cinema shots where the camera is zooming but the background stays still, best observed on the door. Not sure if it's on porpuse, but it is well captured. The horizontal variations of black and white elements, the dark center and the fine curvature on the door make it belivable for me. I see that Mr. Peri made digital adjustments on the wall in terms of brightnes. That could have been done a bit better (selected area around her hair, meeting of the wall and door-post in the top right corner). Otherwise i enjoyed this. And many others too!

The black/white balance is a little off, but the pose, composition and expression are perfect.

there is too much white ... it looks like you cut the women froma magazine out and paste it there :)
