I have been reading the comments below .. thanks to all. But one cannot do this kind of photo without a terrific model to do it with .. she deserves as much praise as anyone .. she makes it look so easy, it's not, she is brilliant. She can be a grumpy young lady (I hope she reads this!) but I love her dearly anyway .. : -)

OMG! I can't believe you are blatantly advocating jaywalking like this. Pedestrians belong on the side walk.
jk, JohnPeri is a brilliant photographer who works with a team of absolutely amazing and unique women.
There is a certain levity and fun to his work that I enjoy, there seems to be a dynamic there that allows the personality of the model to shine through.
BTW, I'm a new yorker, everyone is a little bit 'grumpy' in NY. lol.
