I love the expression in this one. It is a combination of sadness, longing, and [dare I say] vengeance. It is as if she is battling the emotions left by a scornful lover.

perhaps the peculuilar angle of her body, or the parallel gaze to the stairs that creates a sense of downward motion that contrasts the curvature of her spine, but this photo is strikingly articulate, both in capturing the moment and by the model
